About Harmon School
Harmon School is a personalized remote K–12 school designed for students who thrive in learning environments that are structured, relational, and intentional. Our approach centers on knowing each student well—academically, socially, and developmentally—so learning never feels anonymous or overwhelming. We serve a wide range of learners, including gifted students, traditionally developing students, and those who benefit from additional academic structure and support. Harmon School specializes in supporting students with dyslexia, ADHD, and executive functioning differences through evidence-based instruction, individualized learning plans, and consistent teacher guidance. Our instructional model integrates structured literacy practices, including CALP-informed approaches and foundational reading instruction, alongside rich novel studies that promote comprehension, critical thinking, and meaningful discussion. Academic support and executive functioning coaching are embedded into daily learning, helping students build organization, time management, and self-advocacy skills that extend beyond the classroom. Harmon School is led by experienced educators who deliver high-quality instruction in small group and one-to-one settings. We intentionally limit class sizes to ensure students receive the attention, feedback, and encouragement they need to grow with confidence. Technology supports learning at Harmon School—but it never replaces human connection. Our model emphasizes clarity, routine, and purpose, creating an environment where students feel supported, capable, and known. Harmon School offers both full-time enrollment and targeted tutoring support, partnering with families to create thoughtful, flexible learning paths that meet students where they are and help them move forward with confidence.
