About Harmonia Counseling Group

Harmonia Counseling Group is a collaboration of mental health professionals united by their mission to provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families that integrates a Catholic-Christian model of the human person and relationships with the best of clinical practice to address psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social challenges. Harmonia is a Greek word used throughout Scripture that signifies unity and concord both within oneself and in relationship with others. The term communicates a sense of well-being, peace, and wholeness. Our vision is to help our clients experience authentic harmonia through evidence-based practices and clinical excellence. We offer counseling for teens, adults, couples, and families from our location in Fredericksburg, VA and by telehealth to clients across Virginia including Northern Virginia, Richmond, Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Virginia Beach.
