At Harmonna Inclusive Wellbeing, we recognize the profound impact that stress and trauma have on individuals, organizations, and cultural progress. Our mission is to empower organizations, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and Black women with science-backed tools and technology to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and foster environments of safety and belonging. What We Do: For Organizations: We provide tailored programs that enhance productivity and well-being by addressing workplace stress, fostering resilience, and promoting physiological and psychological safety. Through our evidence-based approach, we help organizations transform interpersonal dynamics and create cultures that thrive. For Black Women: We offer specialized coaching and programs that honor the unique experiences of Black women, focusing on dismantling the effects of weathering and stress through nervous system regulation, empowerment, and community connection. For ERGs: Our ERG programming centers on creating inclusive spaces that go beyond project management. We focus on belonging, inclusion, and equipping employees with the tools to navigate stress and build resilience. Signature Workshops: Our interactive workshops combine somatic practices, neuroscience insights, and art-based reflection to foster meaningful connection, healing, and actionable results. These workshops are designed to address challenges such as burnout, functional freeze, and emotional dysregulation, offering immediate relief and long-term growth. We don’t just address symptoms—we get to the root of stress, unlocking a new level of clarity, motivation, and connection for individuals and organizations alike.
