Problem solving Decision making Leadership Confidence Autonomy and self-management Communication Team Building These results are achieved in an accelerated time frame due to a unique process for assessing and mastering these skills. We use horses as a tool to harness change and get tangible results. Horses reflect and respond to our intentions and behaviours. This allows to see and feel the results of our core skills in action giving you a unique tool to assess your current skill set and practice new ones. With the help of Zara’s facilitation, you will: Identify the skill gaps Acquire and learn different tools and strategies to build the new skill Practice the new skill and see it in action with the horse The process can be rolled out in a 1 day workshop and will allow you to go back into the workplace with your new skill already tried and tested.
