As a quality psychiatric hospital, we challenge ourselves by taking on some of the most challenging cases. Often times, our patients are those who have been turned away from another mental health facility. We strive to break down the barriers and provide the essential care that our patients truly need and deserve. Established in 2008, Harsha Behavioral Center is a freestanding acute care psychiatric hospital. We have 81 beds for providing inpatient services to individuals needing 24-hour intensive psychiatric care. We serve children aged 3-12, adolescents aged 13-17, adults aged 18-54 and geriatrics aged 55 and older and have an average length of stay ranging from 5-10 days. Each age group is housed in a separate unit.
