For a fixed monthly fee, HLC will partner with you to work through small difficult cases before they become large difficult (expensive) cases. Specific services include: - Advice on employee relations matters (leaves of absence, accommodations, wage and hour, conflict resolution, etc) - Investigations advice - Assessment of disciplinary / termination cases - Drafting communications - Policy reviews - Document reviews - Manager, HR, and attorney training We can provide as many or as few of these services as you need.
