Founded in 2011, Hatomi is an expert company providing services in the field of NMS/OSS systems, system platforms and software house. We specialize in providing custom-made IT solutions tailored to the client's needs using proprietary software, open source and commercial products. As Hatomi, we have been operating on the IT and Telco market for over a decade, but our professional experience includes over 20 years of designing and implementing advanced OSS/BSS systems, including IT infrastructure management. Our clients are large organizations both in Poland and abroad. Our goal is always to provide customers with a products that will be fully adapted to their requirements, including those which we helped to define based on our experience. This many years of experience and technological knowledge allow us to implement each project using modern and properly selected solutions from a wide range of enterprise, open-source or in-house tools. We are partner of Zabbix, Progress, GLPI, IBM. Our most important services are: • technological/product audits, • optimization of operating system costs, • feasibility studies, • business continuity plans for strategic IT resources, • technical projects, • implementations, • software development, • platform and product migrations, • systems integration, • maintenance and development of the systems in operation • outsourcing of specialists We implement projects based on three key teams - NMS/OSS, Software House and DevOps. This allows the solution to be maximally adapted to the individual needs of the client. In terms of NMS implementations, we most often use Zabbix, ELK Stack, IBM Tivoli, Skyline Dataminer, GLPI. Our main software house competences are .NET, Java, React/React Native, Angular, C#, Android, iOS. We follow the CI/CD rules while working with, among others, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Puppet, K8s.
