About Hatwit International

Hatwit International is an Executive Search, Leadership Advisory, and Interim Management firm headquartered in Luxembourg, operating across Europe with a strong focus on cross-border leadership mandates. Founded in Romania and built on over 20 years of experience in executive talent markets, the firm initially expanded across Central and Eastern Europe and, as of 2025, extends its coverage across Western Europe. Today, Hatwit International supports clients with seamless execution of leadership mandates across multiple geographies, combining regional depth with international reach. We are an independent, partner-led firm, founded by entrepreneurs and built on long-term relationships and trusted, high-impact partnerships. Hatwit International supports organizations in building impactful leadership teams across Board, C-suite, senior, and middle management levels. Our work typically sits at the intersection of strategic business priorities - market entry, transformation, growth, and M&A - where leadership decisions are critical and time-sensitive. Our integrated approach combines executive search, leadership advisory, and interim management. This enables clients to access not only top-tier leadership talent, but also actionable market intelligence, leadership assessment, succession planning, and interim solutions to ensure continuity and drive transformation. We work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations, investment funds, and entrepreneurial organizations, across sectors such as Financial services, Industrial (Manufacturing, Energy, Logistics, Constructions, Infrastructure, Engineering), Technology and Telecommunications, Business services (Shared Service, IT Outsourcing, Research & Development, BPO), Consumer (Retail, FMCG, Luxury), Life sciences & Healthcare.
