About Haus of Melt

Haus of Melt productions is a hybrid project management and consultation company founded by ex-Googler and YouTube Music employee Theo Pactong for LGBTQ+ creatives and for the brands that want to work with them. Haus of Melt is latine family run by Mari Alvarez (she/her) and Theo Pactong (they/he). As a trans masculine person of color, Theo saw a need for queer/trans representation on social media and a need for queer/trans representation in it's partner management. Too often are LGBTQ+ people shadow banned or demonetized off of social media platforms. This creates an inequitable disadvantage for LGBTQ+ creators that use social media to promote their careers, events, and mutual aids. Success on social media platforms can provide alternative forms of revenue that could lift our most marginalized voices.
