About HAVN Inc.

HAVN Inc. is a software company building a private, social platform focused on secure, intentional, small-circle communication. The platform is designed as an alternative to ad-driven social networks, removing algorithmic feeds and engagement-based ranking in favor of privacy-first architecture and user-controlled sharing. HAVN emphasizes system design choices that prioritize data minimization, predictable user experiences, and trust. Core product decisions avoid virality-driven mechanics, public metrics, and third-party advertising infrastructure, enabling a more stable and deliberate communication environment. Built as a remote-first company, HAVN is developed by an internationally distributed team working across product, engineering, and design to deliver a scalable, privacy-focused social platform with long-term reliability and user well-being in mind. HAVN Inc. is currently in it's pre-seed rounds.
