Hawthorne Recruitment jobs and careers

About Hawthorne Recruitment

Hawthorne Recruitment is a boutique executive search firm based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We help clients make the right hire when the stakes are high. Our work goes beyond resumes and beyond the usual talent pool. We find people who are not actively looking, assess them with care, and bring forward candidates who can create real impact. Every search starts from scratch. We take a disciplined, tailored approach built around the realities of the role, the team, and the organization. Clients come to us for thoughtful search, candid guidance, and hires that last. Matches made meaningful.
