About Hayat Homes Design

Hayat Homes is an Austin-based design-build firm rooted in a belief that the best of homes emerge from a thoughtful balance of architecture, craft, and context. Founded to bridge the gap between design vision and construction execution, Hayat Homes has grown through a portfolio of infill developments in Central Austin—each home shaped by a deep respect for neighborhood character and modern living. Our mission is to design and build homes that are not only beautiful but also functional, sustainable, and perfectly in tune with their surroundings. What sets us apart is our ability to unify design and construction under one disciplined process, allowing every decision—from planning and detailing to execution—to serve the integrity of the whole. By prioritizing intentional design, quality craftsmanship and hands-on stewardship, we create homes that are not only beautiful on day one, but meaningful and functional for decades to come.
