About HAYSOLAR
HAYSOLAR is building Armenia's first community-owned solar network — where anyone can pool their solar assets, earn above-market yields, and participate in the country's clean energy transition. The problem we solve: Solo solar under 15 kW is losing ground. Armenia's 2026 Net Metering reform forces small producers to sell summer surplus at low rates and buy back in winter at high ones — stretching payback periods to 7–9 years. HAYSOLAR changes the math. How it works: → Assets are pooled at 500 kW minimum, cutting equipment costs by 15–20% → Generation is collected via Modbus TCP (Solis, Huawei) — no third-party cloud dependency → Every watt is verified by Copernicus CAMS satellite data at 99%+ monthly accuracy → Returns of 14–16% IRR in AMD are distributed via Asset-Referenced Tokens (ART), regulated under Armenia's 2026 Crypto Asset Law Why Armenia, why now: Armenia targets 66% clean energy by 2036 and 1,000 MW of solar by 2030. Grid losses of 11–13% in deficit regions create structural demand for decentralized generation — exactly where HAYSOLAR pools deliver the highest yields.
