HE4DS stands for Health Education for Dancers and is a sports science training method specifically for dancers. With the HE4DS method you dance better, longer and healthier. We teach it in workshops, lectures, courses and trainings and apply it in backstage support and in individual and group coaching sessions with dance athletes. The HE4DS method was developed by a team of dance physiotherapists, sports scientists and professional dancers. It supports dancers professionally in prevention, rehabilitation and performance improvement. Our research partners are the German Sports University in Cologne and the University of Stuttgart.
