About Headon Boxing Academy

Headon Boxing Academy (HBA) is one of Ireland’s leading boxing and fitness communities, with four locations across Dublin — Sandyford, Churchtown, Marian College (Ballsbridge), and Grand Canal Dock — and over 1,000 active members. We offer personal, group, and corporate training experiences, and have partnered with companies and universities across Ireland to raise over €500,000 for charity through fitness, teamwork, and shared challenge. At HBA, we believe boxing is for everyone — not just fighters. Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced, we guide you through the ultimate fitness journey to help you Punch. It. Out. Our mission is simple: to help people feel stronger — physically and mentally — through high-quality coaching, community connection, and boxing-inspired training that builds real confidence. You can train with us at one of our four studios or bring boxing directly to your team with on-site corporate sessions. Either way, we’re here to help you fight the day ahead — one session at a time.
