Yet, I deeply believe in the power of persistence and taking things one step at a time - a philosophy that shapes my therapeutic approach. As founder of Heal Counselling, I bring a steady presence to the therapy room, gently walking alongside you through your journeys. My clients often hear a familiar refrain: “Let’s just try it and see how we go. If it’s not working, we’ll tweak it and try again”. This flexible approach helps clients feel supported as they navigate their paths toward healing and growth. Rooted in person-centred and psychodynamic principles, my approach is eclectic, weaving in elements from cognitive, behavioural, and mindfulness-based modalities. Your experience of working with me will include an agility and adaptability to the sessions, as I tailor each experience to the unique mental framework of my clients—believing firmly that you are the expert in your own life. I walk alongside you, listen deeply, hold space for what needs to be felt, and gradually help clear the path ahead—so that you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of self. At Heal Counselling, I work with a wide range of individuals—from adolescents and young adults to parents, couples, caregivers and working professionals. I believe in the power of shared humanity and don’t hesitate to draw from my own experiences of struggle and resilience, offering them as gentle reminders that growth and transformation are possible. I work with a wide range of issues that include mood regulation, anxiety, panic, depression, anger and coping, grief & loss.
