About Healing & Wellness Counseling Services, PLLC

Healing & Wellness Counseling Services integrates all aspects of effective counseling practice by masterfully developing the therapeutic alliance, instilling hope, quickly centering on achievable objectives, and facilitating treatment adherence and follow-up to make sure treatment gains are maintained long after termination. One of our primary goals is to provide services for women of color so that they can openly share their thoughts and feelings while being listened to with empathy by someone who can relate to them. Our approaches to therapy include, but are not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical-Behavioral, Solution-Focused Base, Psycho-educational, and Psycho-analytic techniques. We are Christian and incorporate Christian principles into our therapy. We provide Christian perspectives to counseling for interested clients. Contact us when you're ready to heal!
