Healing Baithak is the first platform in Pakistan built for gentle, human conversation with psychologists, therapists, counselors, and trained listeners. People book one to one or online sessions to talk about stress, relationships, grief, anxiety, burnout, or feeling stuck. Your story stays confidential and is treated with care. We listen first. We reflect your words in simple language. Together we find one small step that feels possible today. Online sessions are available worldwide on WhatsApp or Google Meet. One to one sessions are offered in Faisalabad, Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Jhelum, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan, Pakpattan, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Azad Kashmir. Meetings happen in calm public cafés or quiet professional spaces with clear boundaries and respectful conduct. You can choose male or female and speak in Urdu, Punjabi, English, or Pashto. Whether you need a single session to breathe easier or steady guidance over time, Healing Baithak gives you a warm, human place to feel understood and move forward with clarity. We plan to offer one to one sessions in more countries soon.
