About Healing Insight Therapy and Wellness

Healing Insight LLC is a virtual psychotherapy and wellness practice based in South Florida. Our mission is to increase access to modern, holistic community healing through trauma- and equity- informed Mental Health Services. We provide psychotherapy and wellness offerings to adults, teens, children, couples, families, helping professionals and groups throughout the state of Florida. We specialize in helping First-and second- generation Americans, Heart-Centered Entrepreneurs, and BIPOC professionals (and their families) unlock the power of their unique stories so they can live, love, and heal out loud. We envision the restoration of “villages” that are equipped to foster embodied healing, resiliency, and growth in the context of rapid globalization and compartmentalization of our identities.
