We assist prospective medical and mental health practitioners in navigating complex regulatory processes, offering guidance on a wide range of operational and compliance needs. Our consultancy services include: - Establishing Inpatient / Psychiatric Facilities: From planning to implementation, we help set up facilities that meet all regulatory and operational requirements. - Licensing and Compliance Support: Guiding facilities through the licensing process and ensuring adherence to regulations for Behavioral Health Agencies (BHA), Adult Family Homes, and Assisted Living Facilities. - Training and Process Development: Providing specialized training on various topics, including ITA court processes, facility compliance, and operational best practices.
