About Health Care Foundation

Health Care Foundation (HCF), established in 2010 in Kozhikode, Kerala, is a non-profit dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and mental disabilities. We provide special education, vocational training, medical care, and rehabilitation for individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disabilities, and Multiple Disabilities. In addition, HCF operates a Community Mental Health Clinic and a Disaster Management Unit, ensuring accessible mental health services and support during emergencies. Our mission is to create a more inclusive and resilient community where no one is left behind.
