Health Care LA, IPA (HCLA) is a beacon of health, representing more than 750,000 Angelenos across a network of 32 federally qualified health centers and community clinics. HCLA is a non-profit and health-center-controlled independent physicians association. Created out of the Los Angeles community in 1991, HCLA provides patients with critical access to primary and specialty healthcare services in a manner that ensures funding will directly impact and provide for those who need it most.
