About Healthy Buddha

We want an India where organic vegetables, traditional millets and seasonal fruits are just as "convenient" and easy-to-get as Pizzas and Colas. We want an India where every farmer takes pride in his produce and makes a good living out of it. We want to make organic food accessible to the masses. To make it a less elite and more of a mass concept, because everybody has a right to clean, chemical free and non-toxic food. This will definitely happen with more consumers becoming aware and the demand for Organic increasing. “I believe that a revolution can begin from this one strand of straw. Seen at a glance, this rice straw may appear light and insignificant. Hardly anyone would believe that it could start a revolution. But I have come to realize the weight and power of this straw. For me, this revolution is very real.” --- Masanobu Fukuoka, The One Straw Revolution
