About Healthy Minds at Work
We support and enable organisations to become emotionally intelligent, mentally healthy workplaces - places where people have the skills and behaviours to lead effectively, collaborate well, and thrive together. We do this through executive coaching, reflective practice/supervision for individual and groups, mediation services and workshops for leaders and staff. Just as we all have a physical health, we all have a mental health. Evidence shows that healthy minds are fundamental to wellbeing, performance, and sustainable success. Organisations that want a productive, engaged workforce must therefore take an active role in supporting mental wellbeing. Creating emotionally intelligent workplaces requires both clinical insight and an understanding of people within the organisational context. As practising psychotherapists with commercial experience, we are uniquely positioned to bring this expertise into the workplace. Every day we help people strengthen their emotional health, improve relationships, and build resilience. We founded our practice with a shared purpose: to bring the insights and tools of psychotherapy into organisations, so that leaders and employees alike can think more clearly, relate more effectively, and handle challenges with greater confidence. In today’s working world - marked by rapid change, uncertainty, globalisation, and technological disruption - the need for emotional and mental intelligence has never been greater. By helping employees build their “mental and emotional muscle,” we not only reduce the risk of serious mental health issues but also strengthen leadership, communication, and collaboration.
