Clinical Psychologist practice based in Sevenoaks in Kent working with clients in three main ways: 1. Working with organisations providing Leadership Training and Team Dynamic Coaching – delivering improved internal communications, resolving conflict and increasing productivity and creative solutions. Running workshops on mindfulness and stress management and building resilience. I also run an Inner Guide workshop, get in touch to learn more. 2. Working with individuals to support and enable recovery. Experienced with both children and adults dealing with OCD, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Emotional Regulation difficulties, self-harm and suicide. 3. Working with men and women using transformational coaching, empowering them to connect to the source of their motivation to overcome obstacles, fear and doubt to achieve success and enable them to pursue their passion, power and purpose in life.
