About Heart and Mind Counselling

Counselling, Psychotherapy and Supervision in Grays and Brentwood for individuals. Experienced and BACP accredited and registered therapists. Established 1992. Heidi: My intention is to provide a safe, non-judgemental, comfortable space for us to explore any issues affecting you. It may be that you have specific life experiences that you want to work through, or you are in need of offloading everyday stress and searching for peace of mind. Together we can explore what you hope to gain from coming into therapy. I will support you in discovering what is best for you and how to recognise your own resources. I am a warm, down to earth person and believe that we all have the potential to experience more satisfying and fulfilling lives. Some people like to take their time to explore the past, others want to set goals and ‘get to work’. I believe it is important to tailor the therapy to suit the individual, there’s no right or wrong, just preferences. I work with individuals as well as supervising other Counsellors and Psychotherapists. www.heartandmind.co.uk heidi@heartandmind.co.uk
