About Heart Finn Foundation

Our mission at Heart Finn Foundation is to offer patient and family support for those experiencing the illness of a child. Our most significant activity to date is creating and distributing "Finn Kits", creative activity kits for children and their families. Our focus for support began with Boston Children’s Hospital, where Finn was cared for, and with the help of family, friends and community members, we donate 200 Finn Kits each month. We have received an immense amount of support from Childlife specialists, Physicians and Trust Directors of the hospital on this project. We participate in community events in the Plymouth area and host volunteer days for corporate, student, and family groups to spread love by making Finn Kits.
