About Heart Health United

Heart Health United is a lifestyle change intervention funded by the American Heart Association based in Atlanta, GA. This intervention combines the American Heart Association’s Life’s Essential 8 education (30 mins/week) and recreational soccer programming (90 mins/week) over 12 weeks. HHU is currently expanding to Los Angeles, California and Miami, Florida. We are looking for adults age 40-64 who have not been engaged in regular physical activity (ex: exercising more than 2X per week) or a diet and exercise change program in the last 3 years including playing soccer.
