Through a variety of different techniques massage can be used to release negative energy in the body, to detoxify the body, for relaxation, to improve health, and to aid in the repair and recovery of the body from illness and injury. As a practitioner I have undertaken training and hold a VTCT Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy Massage. In my practice I aim to provide a service to clients that enables them to improve their physical health and emotional wellbeing. The practice of massage has developed over 5000 years and originated in China. Western and other cultural ideas have been adopted into the practice and massage is now widely used as an essential part of health maintenance.
