I offer transformational coaching and training courses for individuals and groups. Since 2019 I have supported over 100 clients in their transformation journey. My life experience (see the about me section) and subsequent years of training gives me a unique expertise I offer to you. Your transformational coaching package is unique to you or your business. It can include: Life Coaching; Counselling; Therapy; Meditation; Guided Meditation; Heartfelt Mindfulness; Stress Management Techniques; personal development and spiritual development. Here’s what client’s say: “After working with Heartfelt Change I can support myself and deal with difficult situations/conversations. I don't have to be haunted by events from the past or replay them, its very liberating. I realised I was transferring/bottling issues and creating problems in everyday situations rather than dealing with them. The course has given me the tools to deal with them in a good way.” Marlyn “Before the course I had a busy mind always over thinking what might happen which made me anxious, now I feel so much more grounded in the present.” Ira HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
