We provide clinical-grade genetic testing and expert counseling at no cost to patients or providers. At-home test kits ship directly to patients, or providers can offer them directly in clinic. Results return to their care team with clear, evidence-based guidance. Our platform is built with leaders in genomic medicine — sequencing by Broad Clinical Laboratories, panel design and interpretation by Mass General Brigham's Laboratory for Molecular Medicine, and licensed genetic counseling in all 50 states via DNAvisit. We started with cardiomyopathies and channelopathies — a 57-gene panel — because the evidence is established, the guidelines are clear, and a diagnosis changes how patients are treated, monitored, and protected — and identifies family members at risk before symptoms appear.
