Established July 1, 2002 by Debbie Bradford in Sylvan Lake, Hearthstone has grown steadily to 10 full time employees and expanded operations to Red Deer, Lacombe, Blackfalds, Springbrook, Penhold, Innisfail and now Rocky Mountain House, Eckville, Drayton Valley and Caroline. The function of Hearthstone Property Management Inc. is to perform the administrative duties, market, show and rent the property, conduct inspections, screen applicants, collect the rent, arrange work to maintain the property, pay bills, proactively manage systems and age deteriorations, trouble shoot and control expenses associated with each particular property. The goal is to provide ethical residential property management services to owners and tenants in the Central Alberta area. We promote a healthy and fair relationship between landlords, tenants, community services and contractors through fair and effective policies affecting all parties while retaining clarity of operation.
