About Heartland Joule, LLC

Heartland Joule empowers energy and infrastructure stakeholders with hands-on consulting and strategic support across the full project lifecycle. Our expertise spans due diligence, development, and end-to-end project support - helping clients navigate complex technical, commercial, and operational challenges. We are known for our ability to bring diverse stakeholders together to create alignment, solve problems, and stay out in front of the rapidly evolving energy landscape. Heartland Joule serves as a trusted guide through the increasingly complex grid interconnection process. We combine deep technical expertise with real-time market insight to help clients navigate evolving utility, ISO, and RTO requirements with confidence. Acting as an extension of our clients’ teams, we engage directly with utilities and transmission providers—translating ambiguity into clear strategy and actionable next steps. This is especially critical for large load and data center developers, who are operating within newly defined and rapidly changing interconnection frameworks that require greater study, coordination, and transmission-level engagement. Our value is in helping clients augment their team with experience resources in order to avoid missteps, reduce risk, and accelerate timelines in an environment where delays and poor positioning can be extremely costly.
