Our primary focus is identifying, acquiring and enhancing the value of existing office and mixed-use assets with value-add potential in tertiery markets throughout the central southeast. Involved in the development and acquisition of commercial properties since the early 1990's, the Company's founding principal, Brian Schiedemeyer, has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. Heartland Partners also provides third-party services to owners of commercial real estate, including asset acquisition and disposition analysis, leasing, property management, development & project management, and consulting.
