Hearts to Homes is a 501(c)(3) organization helping young adults make a smoother transition from foster care to their first home. Our mission is to assist newly independent young adults who have just aged out of foster care in New York City, Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk counties by providing the essentials to furnish a new home.
