Heavy Tech jobs and careers

About Heavy Tech

Heavy Tech is an exploration-focused talent network connecting companies and professionals working at the front end of the mining lifecycle. We support greenfields, brownfields, and early-stage exploration programs by providing field-ready geotechnicians, geology support staff, and exploration professionals who understand remote environments, evolving projects, and the realities of fieldwork. For companies, Heavy Tech offers access to proven exploration talent—people who can integrate quickly, operate safely, and contribute meaningfully from day one. For professionals, Heavy Tech connects you to real exploration opportunities in some of the most interesting places to work - projects that value skill, adaptability, and time in the field. Our approach is simple: build long-term alignment, not short-term transactions. We focus on readiness, reliability, and fit so exploration teams can keep moving forward and professionals can build careers that take them somewhere worth going.
