Hedland Maritime Initiative (HMI) is the administrator of the WA Government’s Port Hedland Voluntary Buy-Back Scheme (PHVBS) and responsible for the development of a Maritime Precinct which will revitalise the West End of Port Hedland. Hedland Maritime Initiative is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pilbara Ports Authority.
