About Helia LLC

Helia LLC integrates design, analysis, advanced fabrication, and on-site assembly to create sustainable environments, focusing on affordable and high performance housing. Problem: Homes are at the center of today’s environmental and economic crises, with quality, well-designed homes out of reach for many Americans, while existing and even new homes use many times more energy than necessary, with the majority of household emissions coming from the home. Solution: Helia offers a product-based solution to home design and construction, where one company designs, engineers, manufactures, and assembles homes in an integrated process that is essential to maximizing quality, performance, and lean construction. Our simple approach to prefab delivers big performance. We are pleased to offer our range of services below to owners, developers, and spec builders in Kansas and Missouri.
