About Heliconia Scholarship Foundation

We provide university scholarships to youngsters from shelters in Jakarta, so that they can study at an Indonesian university. Our foundation is based in the Netherlands and named after the beautiful heliconia flower, which is common in Asia and also called ‘stairway to heaven’, due to its typical shape. This makes it a beautiful symbol for our mission: ‘Offering youngsters the opportunity to take a step up the social ladder’. Get to know us on our website! Share our story or become a donor to support us. Thanks for your visit! www.heliconiascholarshipfoundation.org info@heliconiascholarshipfoundation.org
