We are a boutique advisory firm that develops and executes structured solutions for clients in the commercial real estate / CRE, corporate credit / C&I, private credit, ABS and structured finance sectors. Approaches include risk reduction / CRT (synthetic and cash), securitization, asset sales and financing for various objectives including deleveraging and regulatory capital management.
