About Helix Kapital

At Helix Kapital we partner with ambitious, entrepreneurial management teams to accelerate profitable growth of Nordic companies. Established in 2008, Helix has a long tradition of investing in Nordic small-cap companies. We pursue a hands-on, active ownership investment approach in close collaboration with management to achieve common strategic goals. With our portfolio companies we aim for niche market leadership by executing both organic and synergistic buy-and-build strategies. We believe that done effectively, responsible investment drives value in our portfolio and for the investors who back us. We work together with our portfolio companies to manage environmental, social and governance issues. Helix Kapital's investors consist of leading financial institutions.
