About Hellen

Hellen is a new company from the team that built membership for Nike, Apple, Chipotle and Nordstrom. Most loyalty programs are focused on transactional, one-dimensional relationships between brands and their biggest fans. We help our clients translate business goals into real human relationships. We create belonging. We make brands matter more to the people they serve.
