About Helping Stone - Life & Career Discovery

At Helping Stone, we believe every individual deserves a fulfilling career—not just a job that pays the bills, but a path that aligns with who they truly are. Yet, most of us aren’t taught how to discover what we’re meant to do. We follow the crowd, chase marks, collect degrees, or jump from job to job—hoping something will click. We started Helping Stone to change that. Why We Exist Too often, students are asked, “What do you want to become?” before they even know who they are. And professionals are told to "follow their passion"—without the tools or guidance to actually do so. At Helping Stone, we’re here to bridge that gap. We provide scientific, compassionate, and personalized career counselling services to students (from class 4 onwards), college youth, and early-career professionals who feel lost, confused, or stuck. We combine globally validated psychometric tools with empathetic one-on-one counselling to help you gain clarity about: Who you are (your interests, strengths, personality, learning style, and values) What career paths fit you best How to move from confusion to confident action Our Core Belief You already have everything within you. You just need help discovering it. That’s where we come in. We’re not here to impose decisions or hand you a ready-made answer. Instead, we help you understand yourself deeply, explore meaningful options, and move forward with clarity and courage. Who We Work With School students (Grades 4-12): We help build awareness early, so children don’t grow up with the wrong notions about success and career choices. College students: We guide youth to discover their ideal paths before they get locked into a degree or career they don’t enjoy. Young professionals: We support those seeking career change, re-alignment, or deeper clarity after a few years of experience.
