The company’s e-Services is a POS based Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD) platform designed for Retailing purpose and most suitable for Hotels, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Mini-marts, Eateries, Bookshops, Filling Stations, etc. These vendors have 24/7 access to electronic vouchers (airtime) via Helpline e-Box that connects to our secured server via GPRS, *Wifi or *RJ45 port. The downloaded vouchers is then sold to interested customers at recommended retail price (RRP). Other major service rendered by the company is Helpline Family, an open-ended Closed User Group (CUG) service powered by Starcomms and Visafone. Helpline Family is a facility that avails the users the opportunity to make unlimited calls to each other without having to load airtime outside the payment of the Monthly Service Rental (MSR).
