About HEM Architects

We're an energetic and creative architectural practice who are based in Sheffield but work with enlightened clients across the UK. We work with clients to make their commercial and residential properties more efficient, more profitable, more sustainable and more valuable. We help reduce running costs, maintenance costs and vacant periods whilst also creating inspirational spaces that you will love to spend time in. We're experts in sustainable construction, the Passivhaus standard and gaining planning permission for difficult sites. Commissioning an architect and undertaking a major construction project can be daunting so we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. We will guide you through the full process from design, to budgeting, to planning and then construction. Whether your project is a new build or a refurbishment we work closely with you to make sure you're happy with our design at each stage before progressing onto the next. Get in touch with us today to discuss how we can help you improve with your residential or commercial property portfolio or obtain planning permission for your tricky site. 0114 442 0123 #NotesFromASmallPractice
