About Henlo

At Henlo & Co, we are proud to be South Africa’s first and only local manufacturer of premium commercial espresso machines. Born from a passion for engineering and a love of coffee, we set out to create machines that don’t just make great espresso—they protect a brand’s reputation with every cup. Built in Johannesburg, our machines combine timeless craftsmanship with smart features like shot scoring, barista assist, and remote diagnostics to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence across every location. Our mission is to empower cafés, hotels, and businesses to serve world-class coffee reliably and beautifully, while our vision is to establish South Africa as a leader in coffee innovation on the global stage. At our core, we believe that consistency builds trust, and trust builds brands.
