here we are jobs and careers

About here we are

Here We Are is an architecture studio that brings identity and culture to life through buildings and interiors. We believe a space should be more than just functional – it should feel like an extension of your brand. With an integrated approach – from research and strategy to design and realization – we create customer journeys and work environments that not only inspire but also perform. Whether it's strengthening brand loyalty, enhancing the customer experience, or increasing employee satisfaction, we translate your organization’s vision into spaces that resonate. We collaborate with leading brands and cultural institutions such as Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, and the Jewish Museum Berlin. Our focus on natural materials and biobased building contributes to a healthier world and healthier organizations – with tangible benefits like reduced absenteeism and increased engagement.
