About HERITAGE HOUSE SCHOOLS

Heritage House Montessori School is a caring school where academic attainment, Godly, moral counsel & care are combined to offer the children a balanced education. Our School (Heritage House Montessori School) for children aged 18months -11 years not only offers pure Montessori education for children between 18months and 5+ years, laying a solid foundation for the Elementary level For us 'Montessori' is not just a name, but the principles that we live and work by daily in our classrooms. Our curriculum and self-teaching materials encourage children to explore, discover and construct their own learning, instead of learning by rote or in parrot-fashion. It is on this foundation that we build the elementary years, consolidating the gains of the early years and preparing children for a life of leadership, responsibility and individual achievement through a curriculum that is wholistic, balanced, well-researched and international in content. The success rates of our graduating class at achievement tests and entrance examinations into independent secondary schools at home and abroad speak for itself. At Heritage House Montessori we cultivate in our classrooms a union of individual empowerment and social commitment. We prepare the 'citizens of the future' with solid academic preparation and critical thinking skills. As a parent, you have the choice of sending your child to a school where these principles have been in operation for almost 15years and are still going strong! We have a dedicated team of excellent teachers whose credentials speak for themselves and who give their best to the children. Above all, we esteem God, for we know that it is not in our own strength that we do what we do, for it is He who at all times is at work in us and the children to will and to work for His good pleasure as we commit our lives into His hands.
