Heritage Royalty is one of Canada’s largest fee title acreage owners with approximately 4.8 million acres in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. In addition, we hold fee title acreage in the Permian basin in Texas, USA and gross overriding royalties in Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Marcellus basin in Pennsylvania, USA. Heritage Royalty also manages a non-operated working interest in the Weyburn Unit. Heritage Royalty is currently open to leasing our available mineral rights.
