Heritage Table is building the system of record for cultural food memory. We preserve recipes, rituals, and voice across generations by transforming fragmented family knowledge into structured, living digital archives. Today, food memory lives everywhere and nowhere at once - in handwritten notebooks, static Google Docs, WhatsApp threads, PDFs, voice notes, and fading index cards. It’s rarely organized, rarely collaborative, and almost never built to last. Heritage Table turns those scattered, static files into shared, multi-generational archives - creating continuity for families today and durable cultural infrastructure for the future. Our platform combines thoughtful product design with AI-enabled voice and memory capture tools that help families record, contextualize, and steward their food history across generations. We build for longevity, intergenerational participation, and trust. We are currently running early pilot cohorts to validate retention, multi-member contribution, and long-term archive behavior.
